Privacy at Antamosi
This notice covers the buyer and seller waitlists for UC Berkeley Southside.
What we collect
We collect the statement you type, your email address, your checked Southside affirmation, an Antamosi-created category, and limited records needed to confirm, deliver, secure, correct, delete, and retain your entry. We do not ask for your name, phone number, postal address, password, payment details, photographs, or precise location. Hosting and security providers necessarily process limited connection information to deliver and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to operate and protect the waitlists, privately assess whether to launch in UC Berkeley Southside, send requested operational email, and honor correction or deletion. Individual entries and totals are not public.
How we group answers
We may group your answer with similar items to understand local interest. Your original words stay separate and unchanged. Any Antamosi-created category is labeled as Antamosi’s interpretation.
Who else handles it
Hosting, security, and operational email providers process only the information needed to deliver and protect the waitlists. Antamosi does not sell participant information, use advertising pixels, let advertisers contact participants, or track people across other websites.
Do Not Track
Antamosi does not use waitlist information for cross-site tracking, sale, or advertising. Browser privacy signals do not change the current waitlist because those activities are not part of it.
Email you may receive
We may send a confirmation email, secure links you request to correct or delete, and one availability or cancellation notice. Messages contain no advertising and no raw statement.
Security
We minimize stored data, restrict access, use expiring one-time links, and test deletion. No system can promise perfect security. Contact us if you believe a private link or entry was exposed.
Children
The waitlists are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. If Antamosi learns that a submission came from someone under 13, it suppresses and deletes the record.
How long we keep it
If you do not confirm, we delete the submission within 24 hours. A confirmed entry remains until an availability notice, your deletion or withdrawal, or the waitlist ends. After availability or cancellation, active participant data is removed within seven days. When you use a private deletion or withdrawal link, we normally remove active participant data immediately. Limited contact-free safety records and inaccessible provider recovery copies may remain for no more than 30 days.
How to review, correct or delete your entry
We email private links to the address you gave us. Each link expires within 24 hours, works only for its stated purpose, and requires an explicit action; simply opening it never changes anything. Confirming an email proves control of that address only. It does not create an account or prove identity, age, residence, or current location.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we update the effective date below. We will email people with a current entry when a material change affects them.
